This Application Form, when completed, contains the basic information from which an applicant is assessed. This form also applies if you have transferred your employment to SGS in accordance with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2014, ("TUPE"). This is because your previous employer will retain your personnel file, and the information requested will not be known to SGS. Each set of information requested contains an explanation as to why it is needed. References to security screening are for BS7858:2019, (Security Screening of Individuals Employed in a Security Environment), to which the Company is obliged to comply.
